We begin by assessing the 10 Human Drives. One of the first steps is revisiting your initial assessment of the 10 Human Drives. This assessment is like a compass, guiding you through key aspects of your life, such as Control, Competence, and Contribution. You get to explore each drive with your coach, assessing progress and setting goals for your next level.

Then, we have a High-Performance discussion as we reflect on your coaching journey so far. At the heart of The Charge Sessions is your commitment to your long-term growth. During your sessions, you’ve explored various principles of high performance, discovering insights that resonate deeply. Through reflective conversations, you’ve identified what truly drives you and discussed strategies to maintain momentum. This discussion isn’t just about identifying strengths and weaknesses; it’s about creating a mindset that is ready for challenges and continuous improvement.

Now, let’s set the course for the Next 90 Days by looking ahead. We review your aspirations for the next 90 days. What areas of your life do you want to prioritize? Whether it’s improving your sense of Control, fostering greater Creativity, or deepening your sense of Connection, these goals are yours to define. Together, we outline actionable steps and strategies to keep you motivated and on track toward achieving your vision.

Let’s Recap today’s session and briefly go over your homework. As your coach, I will summarize our key takeaways and your next week’s commitments. We will also celebrate your achievements and emotional breakthroughs, this is an important step, don’t skip it!
